So you’re probably wondering how come I’m talking about losing weight fast. Here’s the story: last week I found myself in a position to climb two flights of stairs, and was a very intense experience. By the time I reached the top, I was perspiring, wheezing, my skin was hot, and I felt terrible. I went into the bathroom to splash some cold water on my cheeks, and looked up into the mirror, and I realized something: I needed to lose weight. Fast.
On some level, I feel like I’ve turned into my father. He was a hugely obese man, with a warm sense of humor and a solid, family focused outlook on life. But boy, he was big. And now I’m becoming large also. Now don’t get me wrong, I love my father, but I really want to keep myself from topping 350 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s really just no going back.
So I’ve reading up on how to loss weight fast. My wife says she will do this with me, saying that she would also like to lose some weight, which should definitely make it easier to stay with whichever diet program we end up using. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of weight loss help out there.
I’ll keep you guys up to date on how good the plan to lose weight turns out for us. I realize weight loss will not be easy, but it’s now or never as far as I can see, so I’m really going to be working hard to learn how to lose weight fast.
