I had no idea that working out with a Dallas personal trainer could change my life so much. I knew that I was out of shape and I knew something had to be done. Unfortunately, I was at a loss as of where to start.

Being so out of shape, I was happy to hear that I could exercise right at home, instead of having to go to the gym. I also liked that Lady Trainers To Go had a nutritionist available for me to speak with. It was important to me that I incorporate both exercise and healthy foods into my life, so I was happy that I could get both from one company.
From the beginning, my personal trainer Dallas was very attentive to my needs. She was also full of ideas on how to get me truly healthy. It’s been six months since our first session and I love how much better I look and feel. There’s still work to be done, but I’m making big strides to achieving my fitness goals. My personal trainer in Dallas is great, and the nutritionist is teaching me how to make better food choices. I know that my Dallas personal trainer will stick by my side until I overcome my obstacles and get the healthy body I’ve always wanted. I look forward to each of my sessions and plan on staying with this company for the years to come.
